Saharla Aden
Saharla Aden is a life coach and wellness advocate who helps purpose-driven individuals move from stuck to unstoppable. At Restorative Wellness, she blends intuitive guidance, practical tools, and soul-deep reflection to help clients break through self-doubt, reclaim their energy, and build lives that feel as nourishing as they are meaningful. With a background in community-building, creative entrepreneurship, and holistic wellness, Saharla knows transformation isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about aligning your choices with your truth. Her approach is equal parts compassionate and no-nonsense: she’ll hold space for your fears while gently nudging you toward the growth you’re capable of. Whether it’s through mindset shifts, spiritual reconnection, or tangible goal-setting, Saharla’s work is rooted in one belief: You already have everything you need to thrive—sometimes you just need a mirror to remember. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her gathering people over tea, wandering in nature for inspiration, or laughing at the beautiful chaos of being human. Ready to stop circling the same struggles?

Courtney Seitz
(She/Her/Hers)
Provisional Psychologist
My name is Courtney Seitz, and I am a Psychologist (Provisional) with ample experience working with varying concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions among many others. I utilize evidence-based interventions that work to identify and reframe maladaptive ways of thinking that often contribute to feelings such as hopelessness or despair. A negative thought cycle is more commonly than not inaccurate and can be very difficult to break out of without adequate support. I also believe that utilizing solution-focused interventions will allow clients to apply what they’ve learned in session with me quickly and effectively to their everyday life.
I am also incredibly passionate about providing thoughtful and compassionate support that is grounded in evidence-based practice and caters to the unique needs of each individual. As a result, I will tailor my approach to what will best support you in the moment while we simultaneously work together to navigate any concerns that may have deeper or more tender roots. I believe that the role of a therapist is one of lifetime learning, which is why I am always striving to acquire more knowledge so I can continue to provide you with the best support I can during our time together. My professional (and personal!) philosophy is that everyone is capable of change and growth, but we can all require a little support or guidance to get there—and that’s where I come in! If you have any questions or would like to get to know me a bit better before booking a first session, please reach out so we can schedule a free, 15-minute consultation together. Thank you for including me in a step towards your goals and I can’t wait to start supporting you in achieving them! Primary modalities: CBT and SFT
